Dear Mr. Pafford:
We are enclosing two sets of the 2cd submittal of the preliminary plans, specifications and contract documents
for the Village Parkway Ground Storage Reservoir No. 2 project. These sets have been modified in
accordance with the City's review comments, which are also enclosed. In our meeting with you today, we
hope to resolve all outstanding issues on the plans and in the project specifications. When all items are
resolved, our next submittal will be the final plans and specifications for the City's approval.
