Discrepancies/comments:
A visual inspection was conducted on the above referenced project with results as
follows:
1.) Joist girder to tilt panel connections welds and bearing found to comply.
2.) Joist girder to column connection welds and bearing found to comply.
3.) Bridging installed and found to comply.
*4.) Anchor bolts could not be inspected due to leave outs being filled.
5.) Joist to joist girder connections welds and bearing were found to comply.
