OPERATIONS ~NSPECTED: Installation of 1.6" Iso insulation was mechanically attached
to the deck with 2 Vd'fasteners. Fourteen (14) in the corners, tweh, e (12) at the perimeter
(eight feet into the field of the roof) and eight fasteners per 4' X 8' insulation board.
Application of the V2" fesco insulation was as required. Staggered over the Iso seams and
adhered in a solid mopping of hot asphalt. Cant strips were applied at the perimeter and
around curbs, set in hot asphalt.
Four (4) plies of Tamko fiberglass felts were applied in a lapping fashion., in a solid
mopping of hot asphalt.
