OPERATIONS INSPECTED: Installation of 1.6" Iso insulation was mechanically attached
to the deck with 2 V4"fasteners. Fourteen (14) in the comers, twelve (12) at the perimeter
(eight feet into the field of the roof) and eight fasteners per 4' X 8' insulation board.
Application of the V2" fesco insulation was as required. Staggered over the Iso seams and
adhered in a solid mopping of hot asphalt. Cant strips were applied at the perimeter and
around curbs, set in hot asphalt.
Four (4) plies of Tamko fiberglass felts were applied in a lapping fashion., in a solid
mopping of hot asphalt.
Additional Comments: At location B-G/3-7 the roof was cut out to install skylights. The
installation was standard and as required. The roofing foreman was advised to keep the roof
clean as debris was scattered throughout. The superintendent of the project was also
notified of the same.
