OPERATIONS INSPECTED: Installation of 1.6" Iso insulation was mechanically attached
to the deck with 2 V4"fasteners. Fourteen (14) in the corners, twelve (12) at thc perimeter
(eight feet into the field of the roof) and eight fasteners per 4' X 8' insulation board.
Application of the 1/2" fesco insulation was as required. Staggered over the Iso seams and
adhered in a solid mopping of hot asphalt. Cant strips were applied at the perimeter and
around curbs, set in hot asphalt.
Four (4) plies of Tamko fiberglass felts were applied in a lapping fashion., in a solid
mopping of hot asphalt.
Additional Comments: It was determined that the scuppers for the 8" drains are two (2)
inches to low. The superintendent - ,Mike Worlev was advised of the problem. Installation
of the sir conditioning were £mished on roof area B-P/4-13
