(eight feet into the field of the roof) and eight fasteners per 4' X 8' insulation board.
Application of the V2" fesco insulation was as required. Staggered over the Iso seams and
adhered in a solid mopping of hot asphalt. Cant strips were applied at the perimeter and
around curbs, set in hot asphalt.
Four (4) plies of Tamko fiberglass felts were applied in a lapping fashion., in a solid
mopping of hot asphalt.
Flashing detail was performed on the air conditioning penetrations. Mark roof for
corrections, fishmouths and dry laps.
~*NOTE: The base flashing at location B-P/17 was not fully adhered at the seam laps. The
roofing foreman was advised of the problem, as was the site superintendent, Mike Worley.
The roofers will have to peel back the seam laps and re-mop and adhere these areas.
