Design Advantages

sleeve fits various classes of cast iron or asbes-
tos cement pipe.
· Installs Easily: NO caulking, welding, specially
trained personnel or tools needed. A torque
wrench to tighten bolts is the only tool required
to install sleeve.
· Full Circumferential Seal: Allows you to tap
size-on-size with confidence, assuring you of full
circumferential seal. No more need for heavy,
hard to assembJe cast iron sleeves.
· All Stainless Steel; With the exception of the
ductile iron flange, the complete sleeve is made
of stainless steel per ASTM A 240, type 304.
· Lightweight: The high tensile strength of
stainless allows us to manufacture the lightest
tapping sleeve in the industry, allowing you
easy handling and reduces load on pipe.
· Reinforces Pipe: Full circle design reduces
stress on pipe opposite the tap.
