Discrepancies/comments:
Metal roof deck: 1.) Puddle welds are compliant for size and pattern.
2.) Lap screws are compliant for pattern.
Field Note No. 1: This inspection finishes metal roof completely.
Bridge angles:
*3.) At random roof opening, bridging is not continuous and angles are welded to frame of
roof openings. Engineer advise.
Welder certifications:
*4.) Certifications of welders are not available for review ~t_time of inspection.
