Discrepancies/comments:
A random visual inspection was performed with the following conditions noted below:
1.) Metal roof deck:
A.) Puddle welds comply.
B.) Side lap screws comply.
2.) Structural:
A.) Expansion joint connections are compliant and close Item 6 from report dated August 7, 2000.
B.) Anchor bolts, after repairs have been made are compliant and close Item 8 from report dated
August 1, 2000 and Item 7 from report dated August 7, 2000.
C.) Girder to column welds are now compliant and close Item 2 from report dated August 11, 2000.
D.) Bridge angles and uplift angles are compliant. This closes Item 3 from report dated August 11,200(
E.) End moments are compliant and close Item 4 from report dated August 11, 2000.
F.) Perimeter angle is compliant and close Item 5 from report dated August 11, 2000.
G.) Bolted beam connections are compliant.
Field Note No. 1: Metal roof deck welds are still in progress.
