Dear Mr. Hendricks:
This letter is written as a follow-up to our telephone conversation concerning the proposal for
consulting work associated with the Second Ground Storage Tank. A meeting has been
scheduled for July 8th, 1994, in the second floor conference room, Town Center, at 2:00 p.m.
to discuss this project. I am still working through the attorney's office to ascertain whether or
not there is a conflict of interest associated with this project in conjunction with your work
associated with the City of Irving and the Irving water line. I hope to have a resolution at or
prior to the July 8th meeting.
If you should have any questions prior to the meeting or if the time is unacceptable, please
contact me as soon as possible.
