Based on those two letters, Mr. Griffin has accurately described the waiver of our four perceat Construction ami Inspection Fee by only requesting two percent, or one-half, of our normal requirement. Also, none of the other fees included in Ken's letter relate to the actual Building Fee referred to in my September letter to Jim Abbott.
