Items discussed were as follows:
Review layout of waterline; FH locations and Utilities to serve Fritz
Building.

Discussion of - Waterline - connection required between Gateway Blvd.
and Fritz Road at each end of building, proposed 8" line with detector
check and vault at both sides (north and south) where 8" line taps into
existing City water main.

The 8" water line will provide a fire hydrant at the east end of the Fritz
building. Also provided will be a stub for future fire line connection to
the proposed "Freeport Industrial" building to the east.
The fire line to serve the fire pump room will have a detector check and
vault at the location of the tap from the City main at Gateway Blvd. Also
required will be a fire department connection to the high pressure side of
the fire protection line. The actual connection point will be adjacent to
the Gateway Blvd. ROW, and outside the building collapse zone.

Also discussed was the relocation of several City fire hydrants from the
ROW to be adjacent to the fire lane on the Fritz property. (Note this
would provide a more economical solution than providing a tap and
duplicating fire hydrants from the City water main).

Water line for domestic service were reviewed, and sanitary sewer service
locations were discussed and approved for continued development for
submittal to City Engineering Department.

5. Ken Griffin and Jeff Jones were in general agreement with the plans as
presented. Jim Riley and Dan Wilson will continue to develop their plans
incorporating the comments as received from the City of Coppell.
