We own a tract of land which, while located in the City of Coppell, is separated from the rest
of the City by the new Highway 121 Bypass. A plat is enclosed herewith for your consideration.
The City of Lewisville is in the process of installing a mink sewer line along the north side of the
new Bypass. The sewer line will, in fact, be in the State highway but only a few feet from our
property. I am not aware of any plans by the City of Coppell for the furnishing of sewage disposal
to this tract. Please review the problem and ascertain what sewage facilities could be available for
a development in the specific area shown on the plat. Is there a possibility that, by an inner local
agreement with Lewisville, the disposal problem could be eliminated by using Lewisville's on-site
disposal system?
I would appreciate any assistance that the City of Coppell could give in this regard.
