The intersection of Cotton road and Gateway Blvd. is a 3 leg intersection and not a 4 leg intersection as shown on Sheet L1.01 and Al.01., 2. Impact fees are required to be paid prior to final plat approval. 3. You should begin your driveway radius 20' from the inlet box. 4. Provide water and sanitary sewer plans. 5. Show the curb return radius. A larger radius should be provided for the truck court areas. 6. Show driveway widths. 7. Label fire lanes. Landscape/Irrigation Plan 1.
