Site Conditions: The site was well maintained.
WORK DESCRIPTION
1. The flap valve on the overflow pipe was removed and placed in the concrete flume. I spoke with Roy Twombley
on the telephone and indicated this was a TNRCC violation. We had no objections to a temporary plastic cover
being attached to the end of the overflow pipe until the flap valve is fixed.
2. Larry Davis showed concerns that the drain pipe flume fence connection has not been installed.
3. The outside access ladder has been removed for the final coat of paint.
4. Crews were applying the Thorocoat system to the dome of the ground storage reservoir.
5. The brick pilasters were being cleaned and wrapped for painting the walls.
