Dear Mr. Martin:
In response to the City of Coppell's most recent review comments on the Gateway Business Park
landscape and irrigation plans, we have revised the plans as follows:
1. All signs axe pormittcd through Building Inspections.
Response: Actual signs, letlming, logo, etc. are not in this package, but will be
handled separately by the developer.
2. Provide separate water supply for parkway and median irrigation, separate
metering requir~ (Sheet I-2).
Respmme: Median irrigation is now supplied and comrolled separately. Sec
planS.
3.Make spelling correction on Sheet I-5.

Response: Systems have been specified for 2-inch water meters with 2-1/2 inch
double check valve assemblies. City Standard Construction Details (Shots SD-18
and SD-19 incorporated). Note: Double check valves ar~ top accessible per City
directive.
7. Reset pull boxes to final grade.
Response: Noted in specifications and on plans.
