Landscaping Plans
Dear Mr. Bristow:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. All signs are permitted through Building Inspections.
2. Provide separate water supply for parkway and median irrigation, separate
metering required (Sheet 1-2).
3. Make spelling correction on Sheet 1-5.
4. On Sheet 1-7 label proposed Gateway Blvd. (East of Freeport Pkwy).
5. Identify the street intersecting with Gateway Blvd. (Sheet 1-9).
6. Need to provide a meter detail for a turbin meter. Contact Howard Pafford if
you have any questions at 462-8495.
7. Reset pull boxes to final grade.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City of review. If you
