Consmaction of Phase IB "Facilities"
Gentlemen:
On February 19, 1992, we submitted plans for Phase IB facilities to City Engineering for
initial review and plan checking. On October 6, 1992, we resubmitted the plans and other
construction contract documents for the referenced project to the City Engineering
Department, incorporating requested changes, for their review. Enclosed, for your review, is
a complete copy of the referenced documents. By copy of this letter, we will forward a copy
to your City Attorney, Lawrence W. Jackson, of Nichols, Jackson, Kirk & Dillard, for his
review and approval.
On October 19, 1992, we met with Halff Associates and City Engineer Ken Griffin to review
the Project and discuss any required revisions. Our schedule calls for:
october 26, 1992 Submit final consu'uction drawings and

october 30, 1992 Advertise for bids in Citizen's Advocate
(Friday) (must submit ad to newspaper by previous deadline)
November 6, 1992 Re-advertise for bids

November 24, 1992 City Council approval and award contract
