Dear Mr. Acker:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been conformed ~
representatives of tM City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in complimce with the
City of Coppell st~dard remitments. As of this date, ~rmits can ~
issued to start construction.
The one-year maintenmce bonds md as-built drawings have ~en received
from both contractors. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the
date of this letter (~ril 26, 1991).
