Dear Mr. Davis:
We are enclosing a copy of the chemical test report prepared by Shetwin Williams and B & R Pipe Fabrication,
Inc. for the inflow pipe on the interior of the tank sent to our office by Natgun. We offer no objections to the
test report results. As you directed, we have informed Natgun that the tank shall be loaded immediately after the
inflow pipe's coating system has been restored in all areas that were disturbed during the testing process.
We are available to discuss this further at your convenience.

with $herwin. Williams Company. B & R Pipe Fabrication, Inc. feels
the coating was applied in accordance w~.th the manufacturers
recommendations. After inspecting the coating we ~re in agreement
with $herwln Willjams' letter, that the rust is on the surface of
the pipe. coating. The coating i$ protecting the pipe in accordance
with the contract requirements.
