AHHA: Asked if site meeting minutes were adequate.
Lacy: Stated that they had not received the minutes.
(A copy of the previous meeting minutes is enclosed.)
Lacy: Stated that they should be finished with the dean up Monday and will then
stripe the pavement.
Lacy: Stated that they will be ready for a final walk through on Wednesday.
Coppell: Stated that the final nm through will be scheduled for Wednesday.
Coppell: Requested that a copy of the Highway Department release for the
modifications to their property be sent to the city.
