The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments

Please orient text on all sheets such that it can be read from the bottom or right edge of
the page.
Include lot and block on cover sheet.
Provide note on plat stating that sidewalks adjacent to Gateway Boulevard and Fri~z
Drive are to be constructed by property owner when directed by the City Engineer.
Indicate length of curb to be cut and replaced for drive approaches.
Show barrier-free ramps at all driveways per City detail.
Provide 8' brick paver band for entrance off of Freeport Parkway.
Indicate sidewalk widths.
On the paving plan, indicate parking areas with and without concrete curbs.
Please widen the water easement on the east side of the property to give sufficient
clearance for maintenance/repair of the proposed water line.
Please provide storm drain profiles with appropriate hydraulic data.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
