RE: Pacific Unit Development
Dear Mr. Napoli:
Although we have spoken three times and I have left many voice mail messages; you have
conveniently and continuously "forgotten" to put your above referenced client's position in writing
so I could provide my clients written verification of Pacific Unit Developments ("Pacific~) denial
of responsibility for the damage to Messrs. Jett's and Sorokwasz's property.
Pacific has not endeavored to be a good neighbor and Wolin, Ridley & Miller !.I.P, acting as their
agent, has demonstrated its bad faith by trying to attribute problems created by Pacific on fires
in another country, and acting in an unprofessional manner by refusing to respond in writing.
The City of Coppell has been retrieving the trash left by Pacific's employees, which blows into my
clients yards, but there remains the outstanding problem of dirt, which has been propelled
airborne by Pacific's construction and has coated the properties of my clients.
I have advised my clients that it appears they have no alternative but to file.
