Dear Mr. Skipwith:
This letter is written as a follow-up to our telephone conversation in which we discussed the
possibility of Halff and Associates providing some floodplain review services for the City of
Coppell.
The contractual amount that the City charges the applicant for the review is $2,000. Therefore,
you should provide the review and a report of any deficiencies in the study to the City of
Coppell, along with an invoice for $2,000.
