Dear Sirs:
The following notice is provided to comply with the requirements of §53.057 of the Texas Property
Code and is being sent to you as the owner of a project located at N.E. corner of 635 & Freeport Pkwy.. If
you are not the owner of the above-referenced project, please notify the undersigned at your earliest
convenience. This notice is not intended to question the credit standing of your general contractor or any
other contracting party.
On or about April 3rd, 2000, Tri Dal, Ltd. entered into a subcontract agreement with McMahon
Contracting, Inc. to provide labor and/or materials for a project located at N.E. corner of 635 & Freeport
Pkwy.. This agreement is a retainage agreement as defined in 8353.057, Texas Property Code. The
retainage is to be withheld as follows: 10%. The total sum anticipated to be retained under this
agreement will be $3,901.50 to be paid upon completion. We are pleased to have been selected to
participate in your project by McMahon Contracting, Inc..
This agreement referenced above requires us to perform site work.
