SUBJECT: Landscaping and irrigation
Bruce and John,
I just wanted to inform you that the subcontractor installing the sanitary sewer has excavated a rather large area
which has disturbed the landscaping, irrigation system, and concrete border around the monument sign at the
northeast comer of Dividend Dr. and Freeport Parkway. It is required of you to reinstall the landscaping, irrigation
system, and concrete border back to its originai condition or better. The owner would appreciate it if this repair
work is done immediately after the sanitary sewer installation progresses past this area. In the meantime, the
subcontractor has turned the water off that supplies the irrigation system. Therefore, please water the above
referenced landscaping by hand each day until the irrigation system has been repaired and the water turned back
on. If you have any comments or questions, please give me a call. Thanks.
