Dear Sir:
This letter is to notify you of the proposed construction of the Creekview Drive and
Freeport Parkway Project, by the City of Coppell. The Project is in the general
vicinity of property owned or controlled by you (Lot 4R, Freeport North Addition)
along the existing section of Creekview Drive. This project consists of the construction
of approximately 2800 linear feet of a new four-lane undivided roadway, the
reconstruction of approximately 500 linear feet of Freeport Parkway from a two-lane
road to a four-lane divided roadway, drainage improvements, sidewalks, ramps, and the
installation of approximately 3200 linear feet of 8- to 12-inch water line. The
construction of this Project is anticipated to begin in October 2001 with an estimated
construction time of 15 months.

Freeport Parkway Project, by the City of Coppell. The Project is in the general
vicinity of property owned by you or controlled by you ( Lot 3R, Freeport North
Addition) along the existing section of Creekview Drive. This project consists of the
construction of approximately 2800 linear feet of a new four-lane undivided roadway,
the reconstruction of approximately 500 linear feet of Freeport Parkway from a two-
lane road to a four-lane divided roadway, drainage improvements, sidewalks, ramps,
and the installation of approximately 3200 linear feet of 8- to 12-inch water line. The
construction of this Project is anticipated to begin in October 2001 with an estimated
construction time of 15 months.
The City will be working within an existing City owned 20-foot drainage easement that
is located between the southern right-of-way boundary and your northern-most property
line. The City will restore the land back to its original condition to the maximum
extent practicable. Where sod, shrubbery, and plants are removed during the
construction, such areas will have the same sod, shrubbery, and plants replaced in their
prior positions. Any trees that have to be removed will be replaced.
