Enclosed you will find two (2) sets of Preliminary Plus for the construction of Creekview
Drive ~d Freepo~ Parkway, for your review. I am also sending a copy to Jack Eves
with Pacheco Koch for his review.
There ~e still a number of coordination issues that need to be addressed with regards to
the design of Freepo~ Parkway. Once you have had a chance to review the plans I would
like to set up a meeling between the City, Pacheco Koch and S~. The following is a list
of issues that we would like to discuss:
· The creek crossing along Creekview and our options.
· Dedication of Right-of-Way throughout the project.
· SRA's construction limits on Freeport Parkway.
· Drainage issues on Freeport Parkway.
· Future plans for Ruby Road.
· Coordination with Pacheco Koch.
