1. Locate 10" water line valve at Bethel Rd. (street over valve),
2. Oil ali fire hydrants.
3. Reset valve stack on stub out to second fire hydrant on east side of road.
4. Mark on curb in red at all rue hydrant (FHV).
$. Reset valve stack on 1.,~" main and fire hydrant valve at paving mark 1500 ft.
6. Reset valve stack on stub out at paving 1791 location.
7. l~_int bottom of Fwe hydrant - not painted.
8, Need chains on all f'we hydrants and hooks.
9. Bottom ring lose in #1 manhole on north end of Freeport.
10. Clean sewer main - holding water in manhole pipes.
11. Replace blue street marker for fire hydrant - mlg~illg.
12. Bottom ring loose next to first vault at south end of lVreeport.
13. New manhole on Bethel Road all pipes need to be grouted around bottom to stop
inflow.
