Replat of Gateway Business Park Lot I and 2, Block 2 - located at the northwest
corner of Freeport Parkway and Gateway Blvd.
The current plat filed for record for Gateway Business Park shows a street running
east to west through Block 2. This street is important in the fact that it was located
generally in the area where the drainage would be conveyed. There was a proposed
drainage system in the street. By eliminating the street, you are also eliminating the
area to provide a drainage system. It is my understanding that there is a facility to
be constructed on Lot 1 that has a building approximately 1000 feet long that would
stretch from north to south on the lot and in essence block any opportunity to convey
drainage through this site. A revised drainage plan should be submitted for this site
to insure that adequate provisions are being provided for the conveyance of drainage
through the site.
3. The Master Plan shows that a 16" water line should be installed along Freeport
Parkway.
