Railroad Survey, Abstract No. 1439, Dallas County, Texas and being part of Block 1, Gateway Business Park, an addition to the City of Coppell, recorded in Volume 90138, Page 4289 of the Plat Records of Dallas County, Texas and being more particularly descn'bed as follows: COMMENCING at the intersection of the noah right-of-way line of Gateway Boulevard (92 feet wide) and the west line of Freeport Parkway (95 feet wide), said point being the most southwesterly point of curvature of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 30.00 feet, whose radius bears North 01 degrees 49 minutes 46 seconds East; THENCE Southeasterly and northeasterly, along said north line and along said circular curve, an arc distance of 5.02 feet through a central angle of 9 degrees 35 minutes 39 seconds to a point for a comer; THENCE North 01 degrees 49 minutes 46 seconds East, along the west line of T.P.&L.
