In response to your request dated April 10, 1999 for the Dividend Drive Project in
Coppell, TX, Halff Associates offers the following:
1. For Item 11-18, the quantity for the 12" x12" offset should be one (1) not sixty-
five {65). However, according to the City of Coppell, it is too late to issue an
addendure. Therefore, please bid Item 11-18 as it is in the specifications. This
will allow us to successfully compare bids. A change order will be issued
reducing the number of offsets from sixty-five (65) to one (1) to the successful
bidder either just prior to or after the job has been awarded.
Please use these clarifications to better formulate your project bids which will be opened
at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 13, 1999 at the City of Coppell.
If you have any questions or require any additional information, please contact Pat
