RE: Letter of April 4, 2000
Thank you for your letter of April 4, 2000 outlining your concerns regarding the NCH
property in the west boundary line. We have also been evaluating the situation and do
not find an interest by the City of Coppell in participating in this abandonment. We do
not believe this right-of-way was dedicated to us for municipal purposes and believe this
issue is best resolved by the two abutting property owners.
