Need to plat all utilities associated with the construction of Freeport Parkway (i.e. drainage easement which will nm west to east through property). 2. Need to show existing right-of-way of Bethel Road. Right-of-way dedication will be needed to accomplish the 90' right-of-way needed for Bethel Road. 3. Need to show the existing right-of-way for Ruby Road. Right-of-way dedication may be needed to achieve the 50' right-of-way requirement.
