Dear Mr. Acker:
The City of Coppell has reviewed
offer:
1. On all sheets, show construction of a left turn lane from southbound Freeport Parkway
into Dividend Drive.
2. Change "Preliminary Plat" to "Final Plat. '
3. Indicate on the plans what the "enhanced paving" design will be in terms of paving
depth, strength of concrete, etc. Note that this paving will still need to meet the
requirements of the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance.
4. The minimum size of a low point curb inlet is a 10' inlet, with a corresponding
minimum lateral diameter of 21"
5. Please show surface flow arrows on the proposed drainage layout.
6. Provide storm drain manholes at locations specified on the marked plans.
7. All storm drain pipe size changes require a concrete collar.
8. Provide conduit sleeves beneath the paving at the intersection of Dividend Drive and
Freeport Parkway.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
