Dear Mr. Martin:
On the City of Coppell's Master Plan, a 16-inch water line is aligned through the
above referenced site. On behalf of Catellus Development Corporation and Omniplan,
Halff Assoeiates is requesting the City of CoppeWs participation in financing the
difference in construction costs between the installation of a 16-inch water line and a 12-
inch water line through this site. Because the street and the utilities that will service this
site from Freeport Parkway will be funded with PID money, the difference in
conslruction costs between a 16-inch and a 12-inch will be determined by bid process
through the City of Coppell.
