3 Bypass road is temporary to be used only during working hours
approved by the City of Coppell, and is to be 4 to 6 inches of

4 Bypass road is to be no less than 15 feet wide
5 Early warning signs to be begin 400 feet prlar to de{our
6 8" water pipe is to be used in the drainage ditch under bypass
road to manage drainage needs, but if problems arose ( RAIN )
we will remove pipe as directed by Larry Davis.
