RE: Walk-thru Gateway Business Park II I,at 2 Block A
1. Clean approaches so they can be checked.
2. Large water pond in west appreach needs to be repaired or replaced.
]~ckt~ behind curb*water eroding under street.
4. Clean street in front of project and place erosion protection to prevent further
siltation.
5. Clean up concrete wash-out along Dividend Dr.
6. Show water service size changes on the "as-builts."
7. Provide two-year 50% maintenance bonds for the utilities.

RE: Walk-thru Gateway Business Park H, Lot 2 Blk A
1. Valve to vault not in working order.
2. Cut dirt down arouud 2 vaults for drainage.
3. Vaults need lock latch on top door 2 vaults.
4. 2 DC's in vault & DC on 2 domestic & 1 irrigation need plugs.
5. Need test paper work on ali DC's 2 vaults 8", 2 dom. 2", I irrig. 2".
6. Inside vaults need blocking under valves.
7. Inside vaults needs to be grouted around pipes to vault.
8. Need blue buttons on street for all FH.
9. Cut 24" X 24" around all valves in concl~te & seal cuts.
10. East side of building MLV not working, cannot turn on or off.
11. Fwe Dept. FDC needs caps.
12. Turn Ftl toward street CFH at entrance to building).
13. Paint MLV in front of building blue (its red at this time).
14. Vaults must be dry illside--c2nnot check for leaks with water over ~ip~o
15. Repair broken vault door on east side of building.
16. Plans call for one 3" domestic meter not two 2" meter~. Check with Gleim Ho[lowell,
Assistant Director of Public Works, at Deforest Service Centex, for up-charges for
change.
17. Mark on curb in red WAD.
18. Paint manholes and WAD lid red.
19. WAD needs rain pan.
20. Clean meter can and DC can below f~ting to check for leaks.
