Monument Sign
Dear Mike:
This letter is to confirm our conversation regarding the monument sign wall located on Dividend
Boulevard. We agree that the wall is currently impeding into the R.O.W. and needs to be altered
to conform to the original approved site plan.
We will have the contractor correct the work, keeping in mind, no piers only spread footings will
be allowed in the 15' landscape and utility easement. Furthermore. we will verify to the cit.'3.: that
the current sign piers or footings have not damaged the sewer line already installed to serve east
of the property.
