RE: Gateway Office Center (Freeport Parkway at 1-635)
Dear Mr. Martin:
On the City of Coppcll's Master Plan, a 16-inch water line is aligned through the
above referenced site. On behalf of Cat¢llus Development Corporation and Omniplan,
Halff Associates is requesting the City of Coppell's participation in financing the
difference in construction costs b~tween the installation of a 16-inch water line and a 12-
inch water line through this site. Because the street and the utilities that will service this
site from Freeport Parkway will be funded with PID the difference in
money,
construction costs between a I &inch and a 12-inch will be determined by bid process
through the City of Copp~ll.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this project. It has been a pleasure
working with you on this project. If you have any questions concerning this matter,
please give me a call at (214) 346-6246.
Sincerely,
Todd Jackson
