Our original trench safety plan for the above-referenced project did not included the storm drain
improvements that are to be installed on the project. Details of these lines and subsequent shoring
procedures are listed below. All recommendations and guidelines set forth in out original trench
safety design dated January 1, 2001 shall be, by reference, a part of this addendum. Trench
depths of this addendum do not exceed those used in the original plan; therefore, no further
calctflation of lateral earth pressures are necessary.
