Construction Plans Review
Dear Mr. Acker:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
I. Provide additional dimension as indicated on the dimension control and paving plan.
2. Are you proposing a sidewalk along Freeport Parkway? If so, provide a section detail showing the
location sidewalk and how far it will be located off the back of curb.
3. The proposed concrete pavers should be installed according to the City of Coppell Standard
Details.
4. Roll down curbs and ADA ramps need to be provide at the driveway intersecting Freeport
Parkway.
5. Provide a percent slope for the 18" RCP storm drainage system.
6. You may want to provide T's for the waterline on the south side of the development for the future
Phase II development.
7. Provide a detail showing the meter vault location and it's connection to the City water main. Also,
once the service line leaves the meter vault it cannot be located in an easement or in the right-of-
way.
8. On a drainage area map show the future storm drainage system that will pick up drainage areas B-2,
B-3, and B-4.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have
