A.) Side lap screws now determined to be complaint.
*B.) Puddle welds, six (6) locations were found to have non-compliant, non-fusion puddle welds.
Locations were marked with orange paint. General contractor will verify correction are made.
C.) Perimeter deck support angle attachments at tilt wall embed plates, welds determined to
be complaint.
