Roof level metal deck installation:
*A.) Reinspecfion between lines A to G / 1 to 9, previously noted non-compliant puddle welds and
side lap screw have now been corrected and are now determined to be compliant with the
exception of an area between lines E to G / 7.5 to 9 (deck not installed).
B.) Initial inspection between lines A to G / 9 to 17
* 1 .) Eight (8) puddle welds found to be non-compliant.
2.) Side lap screws determined to be compliant. --
*3.) An area between lines E to G / 9 to 14, deck not installed.
*4.) Perimeter bent plate support angle for decking not complete at east elevation and eight-
teen (18) locations not welded at west elevation.
