Discrepancies/comments:
* 1.) Column anchor bolts, all locations were determined to be compliant with the exception at
line E - 14, no flat washers under nuts.
*2.) Joist seat tilt wall lugs determined to be compliant with the exception of two (2) locations
adjacent C - 17.
3.) Joist and joist girder seat welds determined to be compliant.
*4.) Joist bridging not complete at side walls.
5.) Joist girder double angle installation over columns determined to be compliant.
