* 1 .) Column anchor bolts, some loose nuts found along line 2 and other areas under water.
2.) Joist seat welds determined to be compliant.
*3.) Joist bridging not complete at side walls.
*4.) Joist seat lug support attachments along line 1, welds not complete at bottom leg to embed
plate.
* 5.) Double angle over column at joists, installation not complete.
