On April 17, 1996, a Windsor Probe Test was performed by Ready-Mix Concrete Company and recorded by
Maxim T~chnologies, Inc. at various locations on the dome ring of the Village Parkway Ground Storage
Tank. The tests were performed following the low 28 day compressive strengths noted in concrete mix
inspection report No. 147 prepared by your office. We are transmitting a copy of the test results to you for
your files.
