Dear Mr. Abbott: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. Provide a copy of the approved plat. 2. Provide a paving plan showing paving detail radius, dimensions and paving thickness. 3. Is the proposed retaining wall around the truck court to be built when the paving is constructed? If sos provide a detail for the proposed retaining wall. 4. Construct the junction box at the connection of the 30" RCP into the existing 30" RCP in Airline Drive. 5. Provide a traffic control plan for the installation of the storm sewer system in Airline Drive. 6. Set a cleanout at the property line for the proposed Sanitary Sewer Service Line. 7. Provide a note on the Water, Storm, and Sanitary Sewer Plan indicating that at all pipe size changes a concrete collar should be provided. 8. Provide a profile view for Storm Sewer Line A. 9. Indicate the size of RCP for Storm Sewer Line B. 10. Will them be an irrigation meter for this site, if so, please show the location and size of meter. 11. You have a note on the Water, Storm and Sanitary Sewer Plan indicating that a fire hydrant is to be moved and relocated. Please indicate where it is to be relocated. 12. All fire hydrant locations must be approved by City Fire Marshal, Travis Cramp. He can be reached at 972/304-3503. 13. Provide additional dimensions for the slotted drain detail shown on the Water, Storm, and Sanitary Sewer Plan. 14. At station 6+00 on the water line, you are showing to have a fire hydrant stubbed out. It appears to be located in the middle of the driveway, please verify this location. 15. On the Erosion Control Notes and Details, Sheet EC-2, please show the correct city in note number 3. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
