Right-of-way should be dedicated to provide a minimum of 55 feet from center line for both MacArthur Blvd. and Sandy Lake Road. Sandy Lake is currently under design. Please comact my office to obtain exact dimentions of the right-of-way dedication for Sandy Lake Road. 2. The standard floodplain note for the floodplain administrator's signature should be provided on the face of the plat. 3. The signature block for the Mayor should be provided. 4. Please explain the meaning of note #1 concerning selling off portions of the addition by metes and bounds. 5. Once again it appears as though a portion of lot 2 is being included in lot 3. Because this is already platted, does lot 2 need to be included in this replat?
