Miller Co., Development Group GENERAL DE$~IPTION: The applicant is proposing to develop a 105,300 sq. ft. retail center on an 11.0355 acre site. The shopping center will contain a Safeway Store, several smaller shops and three res- taurants. The project will serve as the major retial center for the Lakes of Coppell development.
