LOCATION: Northwest corner of the intersection of
MacArthur Boulevard and Sandy Lake Road
REQUEST: Requesting preliminary plat approval of the
Lakeside Village Addition
APPLICANT: Henry S. Miller Co., Development Group
GENERAL DE$~IPTION: The applicant is proposing to develop a 105,300
sq. ft. retail center on an 11.0355 acre site. The shopping center
will contain a Safeway Store, several smaller shops and three res-
taurants. The project will serve as the major retial center for
the Lakes of Coppell development.
ST~F ~UATION: Recommendation of approval subject to the attached
comments from the City Engineer.
